Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Cancel and request a refund within 30 days of a subscription payment for a full refund. After that, cancel anytime and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime and one-time purchases can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

How to request

Reply to your receipt email or contact us; refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. No data is deleted when you downgrade to Free.
